Already do a strength programme but just don't find it challenging anymore?

If this sounds like you, the RUN STRONG STRENGTH PROGRAMME could be the programme for you!

 

A specific strength programme specifically designed for runners to work alongside their current running programme. The programme will helps with:

​

  • Increasing lower body strength, stability and co-ordination

  • Improving movement mechanics/addresses muscle imbalances making you a more efficient runner

  • Reducing your risk of injury

  • Keeping you fit and healthy so you can continue to do what you love and run!​

Each exercise has different levels allowing to regress or progress the exercise to suit your individual need. 

​

You will have access to the programme and all the accompanying videos forever - there is no time limit or membership to pay. 

​​

There are 2 programmed strength sessions which will take 20-30 minutes per session.

​

Very little equipment is needed: a chair, a step, a book or small weight and maybe a foam roller - not to actually roll around on! So now is the perfect time to start whilst the gyms are closed, and the UK is in lockdown.​

​

You will also gain access to the RUN STRONG STRENGTH PROGRAMME private Facebook Group. This group will be used for:

  • Answering any common questions people have with regards to the programme. 

  • Posting more regressions and progressions for people to complete.

  • Providing advice, hints and tips to keep you fit, healthy and more importantly keep you running.
