We will go over your training & injury history. I want to know anything that might be stopping you from achieving your goals.
This can either be in person or online.
Weekly Check Ins
Weekly Online Check-Ins to make sure you are staying on track and progressing towards your goal.
This is where we can iron out any problems and make small adjustments to the programme.
Physical Assessment
We will take a deep dive into how you move and take some baseline strength and power scores.

Re-Assessment & Testing
We want to make sure you are staying on track - so we will re-assess movements, strength and power scores. This will be a mixture of online and in person testing. This is essential to make sure we hit certain targets to safely and efficiently progress you towards your goal.

A programme will be developed 100% specific for you. This will not just address your current problem but try to make you an all round better mover.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Pain to Performance programme for?
This programme is for anyone who is coming from pain, injury or operation and they want a complete programme to help them rehab and train to get back to full fitness.
It is also for this who have tried traditional training methods and feel they are continually running into niggles, pain and injury.
I have tried physiotherapy before and it has not really worked?
A lot of my clients have failed with traditional physiotherapy methods previously - soft tissue massage, stretching and some basic theraband exercises is all they got. With this programme we look to take you through progressive and high level rehab exercise to ensure that you are ready to go back to doing what you love, whether that be a 5km or competitive sport.
I don’t play a sport - can I still sign up?
Of course. A lot of clients do not play a team sport - but the principles still apply. We want to progressively overload you and push you to higher levels of rehab so you can handle what life throws at you.
Do I have to come into the clinic?
This is completely up to you. I currently coached and rehabbed people back to sport completely online but I understand people do want to do their rehab with me in person. Although we can do a lot of tests online, in person assessments you will have access to the state of the art VALD force plates - don’t know what they are? Click here to check them out.
