About
Will Harris - Physiotherapist

Will graduated from Cardiff University in 2016, from there he went to work with the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust where he gained experience assessing and treating a variety of different patients, before setting up The Movement Physio.

Will is a keen rugby player but has also played many other sports at school and university level. In his second year of studying at Cardiff University he tore his ACL whilst playing rugby. It was this and his sporting background that sparked an interest in exercise and human movement. This has shaped his physiotherapy practice as he puts a lot of emphasis on his patients moving well and being physically prepared for everything life throws at them.

He also has a huge interest in injury prevention; he will not only try and get you moving more efficiently, he will work with you to develop strategies to prevent further injury and for his patients to become more robust to the demands of their life.
Will is continually developing as a physiotherapist and has completed the RedPill Training Mentorship which has furthered his knowledge assessing movement and prescribing corrective exercises.
