The Youth Athletic Development training programme aimed for any young rugby player between the ages of 12-16.
We have 2 tiers - a Beginner & Intermediate tier which we will allocate to you based off your testing and questionnaire.
The programme has been developed by both a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Physiotherapist to ensure that not only are you hitting your performance goals but ensuring you stay on the field as well.

My Athletic Journey
I have always played rugby from a young age and
have always been interested in training and performance.
I was in the gym at the age of 14 at school and to be quite honest had no idea what I was doing.
As I got older I started to follow some "questionable" advice. I did get stronger but I also started to pick up some niggles.
I continued to train this way until eventually, whilst I had just started university to study physiotherapy, I tore my ACL (a ligament in the knee) which required surgery and a lengthy rehab process.
This led to 18 months out of rugby.

See the problem was although I did get stronger my training wasn't suited to what I actually needed as a rugby player.
Whilst at university studying - I had more free time because I was injured - I started to learn what the body actually needed.
Yes strength is important. But we need to work on strengthening the right areas. We need to work, not only strength, but mobility, movement competency, power, endurance to fully prepare our bodies for rugby.
In essence, I'm trying to stop your child from making the same mistakes I did!

This programme is designed to teach youth rugby athletes to develop strength, mobility & flexibility, power, endurance, movement competency in a safe and effective way.
PRICE £25.00 per MONTH
This works out at £6.25 per week
All this for less the price of a coffee per session (£3.13)
